In a continuing effort to align ourselves with the highest levels of integrity, compliance, and transparency as is required within our industry and has been recommended to us by our independent counsel, Island Companies has affected the following modifications to our organizational structure. We feel this new alignment of our companies will provide a more direct route to the responsible companies for our customers.

Island International Enterprises, LLC, is the entity within the 'Island' group of companies that will be exclusively and specifically responsible for the performance of all of Island's Spray Fireproofing, Intumescent and Specialty Coatings, Lath & Plaster, Spray on Insulation, and Acoustic Applications which are managed and performed out of our Main New York office.

Island International Enterprises New England, LLC, is the entity within the 'Island' group of companies that will be exclusively and specifically responsible for the performance of all of Island's Spray Fireproofing, Intumescent and Specialty Coatings, Lath & Plaster, Spray on Insulation, and Acoustic Applications which are managed and performed out of our New England Office, which performs this work within the northern quadrant of our Northeast territory .

Island International Exterior Fabricators, LLC, is the entity within the 'Island' group of companies that will be exclusively and specifically responsible for the performance of all of Island's Building Envelope, Exterior Wall, and Unitized / Panelized Building Envelope Systems work within the Northeast.
